Nasir bin Olu Dara Jones, stage name Nas is an American singer, rapper, and entrepreneur. He is among the most influential rappers of that time. Nas considered his best friend and upstairs neighbor Willie “Ill Will” Graham as his DJ in his teenage. Initially, Nas took his nickname “Kid Wave” but later took “Nasty Nas” which is more common today. Nas met with producer Large Professor at the age of 16 in the year 1989.
