INTRODUCTION
Demon Slayer popularly known as the Kimetsu no Yaiba is a manga series originally in the Japanese language. It is written by Koyoharu Gotouge and also illustrated by him. Its 1st movie premiered in October 2020. It started serializing in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Manga Magazine from February 2016 to May 2020. It has a collection of twenty-three tankobon volumes. Its dubbed version is published by Viz Media in the English language. Shueisha has also published it on their Manga Plus. The movie was titled “Mugen Train” and became one of the biggest screen hits and was also one of the most popular movies all over Japan. And as soon as the movie got released, everyone was excited about part 2. Everyone since then till now has been waiting for part two so maybe the wait is going to get over. RECAP OF THE MOVIE
The story revolves around a teenage boy, Tanjiro Kamado, and events happening in his life. He wants to become a Demon Slayer after he went through an incident where his family was murdered and his little sister, Nezuko, got converted into a Demon. Tanjiro Kamado is an intelligent and tender-hearted boy. He lives in the mountains with his family. Unfortunately, he loses his father and after the incident, he becomes the engine of the family. He used to sell charcoal to earn a living. One day he was coming back from his work and found out that his family was brutally slaughtered by the Demons. But somehow his sister Nezuko survives but gets transformed into a demon. Though her emotions and thoughts were still the same as humans. Tanjiro was then sent by Giyu to master Sakonji Urokodaki to start his training of becoming a demon slayer. WHEN IS THE RELEASE OF THE DEMON SLAYER MOVIE 2?
Though we already discussed the fact that there isn’t any information about the start of the production of the movie and also the next season. As the animation production house has yet to announce the renewal of the Demon Slayer. So it is a little difficult task to guess about the release of the movie or the series. But since we know from past experiences that there always has been a year gap between the show and the movie so the Demon Slayer Movie 2 is to be expected by October 2023.
