Destiny 2 is a free to play an online-only multiplayer first-person shooter video game. Bungie is the developer, and Activision is the publisher of the game. The game features a multiplayer shared world environment with elements of role-playing games.
The game takes place in the mythic science fiction world. Destiny 2 received positive reviews from the critics and got an appreciation for the full story, graphics, multiplayer feature, and animation. Besides, all the good and positive comments, few criticized the game for its low development. The game got nominated for several awards and received the game awards 2017 and game critics award.

Initially, the game aired on September 6, 2017, for Playstation 4 and Xbox One. On October 24, 2017, the Microsoft version aired. It becomes free to play a title on October 1, 2019. Activisation released the game on December 31, 2018, after Bungie acquired the publishing rights.

The players of the game can communicate with each other in the game world through their respective console’s messaging system. There is an option for the players that allows the players to search for clans. The game can be played in two different types Player Versus Environment(PVE) and Player versus Player(PVP) style.
