Makers kept on renewing the series again to back for 21 seasons, and each season has proved to be a hit. Neither ITV nor Acorn has come up with an official announcement for another season.    Season 21 concluded this year in January so that we can expect season 22 in 2021. When the intention is to abolish everything, Barnaby and Winter must walk in to do what they do most excellent.
