Tommy Shelby meets his estranged first-born son Duke in the Peaky Blinders first-look photographs for episode 5 of season 6.
In episode 3, Esme Shelby, Tommy’s brother John Shelby’s widow, reappeared and dropped a bombshell. Tommy’s new decision is a very important one that may create a turning point in his life

Tommy’s Important Life Decision:

Esme revealed in episode 4 that Tommy had another son, Duke Shelby, after introducing a cursed sapphire and blaming it for Tommy’s daughter Ruby’s illness and tragic death.
According to the first look photographs for episode 5, Duke (Conrad Khan) will meet up with his father for the first time.
Esme revealed to Tommy that Duke is his kid with Zelda, a woman he slept with just days before departing for the war in May 1914 at Appleby Fair.
That was so surprising for him because he didn’t expect this.
Tommy and his kid Duke are featured together for the first time in the episode 5 photos. Neither of them is staring at the other, implying that Tommy is having a difficult time with this encounter. After all, he had a child that he discovered.
In season six, which takes place in 1933 and 1934, Duke is supposed to be around 18 or 19 years old, so the Shelbys have a lot to catch up on.
Another image from the episode previews the return of Finn, the Shelby brothers’ youngest brother.
This season, Finn (Harry Kirton) has most of the featured during family funerals, first in the audience at Polly’s and subsequently at the Ruby’s. He’s faded into the background, and there has been no explanation for his sudden disappearance in the episode.
However, it appears that he may be returning… for more than a few seconds on screen.

Kirton hinted that something huge was in store for his character ahead of the new season’s premiere.
