Second arrest in the recent weeks 

The police arrested the actor last month suspecting an assault. It is the second time that they arrested Miller on the island in recent weeks. The bar owner asked Miller many times to calm down. The woman got a half-inch cut on her forehead for which she was treated. Authorities arrested Miller after a very short time after midnight on March 28. They charged the actor with disorderly conduct and harassment.
