Nozaki Kun is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Izumi Tsubaki. And there is an anime series with the same name. The series is directed by Mitsue Yamazaki and produced by Gekkan Shōjo Nozaki-Kun Production Committee. The series is a blend of parody and romantic comedy and is very much popular among anime lovers. Season 1 of the series was aired on 7 July 2014 and the last episode of the series was aired on 22 September 2014
Nozaki Kun season 2- is the anime series returning?
The viewers of Nozaki Kun are waiting for another season of the series. Season 1 was released way back in 2014 and for Nozaki Kun Season 2 there is no official announcement yet. We have to wait until any another sign of release. And as we mentioned earlier the show is based on manga with the same name so to release any other season they must have enough material. However, we don’t have any information regarding Nozaki Kun Season 2 yet. We will tell you as soon as we get to know anything about it.

Plot
The series is about a girl named Chiyo Sakura and her crush Umetarou Nozaki. When she confesses her love for him he took him to his home and asks for help on a manga he is writing. The name of the manga is let’s fall in love. She agreed as she thought it would bring them closer. Other schoolmates helped them as well.
Previously
The first episode of the first season named-“This Love is Being Turned Into a Shojo Manga”
“Sono Koi wa, Shōjo Mangaka Sarete yuku” . In the first episode, Chiyo Sakura confesses her feelings and says that she is a fan of her crush Umetarou Nozaki to which he ended up giving her his autograph. She later explains that she wants to be with him so he invites her to his house. There she comes to know that Nozaki is a shõjo manga artist. Currently, he is writing some romantic novels so they together think of romantic scenes. Sakura again tried to confess her love but again ended up getting an autograph.
Later Nozaki introduces Sakura to his friends and assistant Mikoto Mikoshiba, a popular guy but Sakura soon learns that he is shy and gets easily embarrassed. Later Nozaki asks Sakura if she has any friends who can help him with the manga. She introduces him to an insensitive athletic girl Yuzuki Seo. Mikoshiba introduces his best friend Yu Kashima to Sakura and Nozaki who is popular as a prince. But laters turns out to be a girl. Sakura discovers that Hori (the president of the club) is the one who does the background for Nozaki’s manga in return for screenplays. After meeting Kashima as a person Nozaki is having trouble writing. But after some struggle finally, he writes it. For Nozaki Kun Season 2 there is no official announcement yet
Mikoshiba wants to stay with Nozaki for a night and asks for help regarding games. Later Mikoshiba gets invited for a mixer, he wonders what to do as he never attended one.
Nozaki meets his editor Ken Miyamae. They appeared too distant, Sakura assumes that the friendship is one-sided. However, Nozaki compares him to his previous editor and praises him. Yukari Miyako is a neighbour of Nozaki and is also a manga writer. Nozaki’s editor criticizes the heroine of the manga Mamiko. So Nozaki decides to act like Mamiko for 1 day and soon realizes his mistakes.
It’s a must-watch series and is highly recommend for romantic comedy lovers. So go give it a try

Characters-
Chiyo Sakura: A beautiful and cheerful girl of 2-A. She has a huge crush on Nozaki whom she met at the school entrance. She manages to confess her love but he gives her an autograph instead assuming that she is a fan. She is a member of the school’s art club. She is a skilled artist and later she becomes Nozaki’s inker assistant. Everyone knows that she is mad for Nozaki’s and is crushing on him.
Umetarou Nozaki: A tall handsome high school student who is a crush on Sakura. He is secretly the writer of shõjo manga let’s fall in love which is published in monthly girl’s romance magazine, with pen name Sakiko Yumeno. Although he writes about romance in reality seems to be kind of very unromantic. He appreciates Sakura’s painting and art but is unaware of her feeling towards him. He lives alone and was captain of the basketball team later he left basketball so he can focus on his manga. He is in class 2-B.
Mikoto Mikoshiba: He is one of Nozaki’s assistant. He is a popular and flirtatious guy but gets easily embarrassed. Nozaki’s heroine character Mamiko is inspired by him but he doesn’t know it. He is friends with Kashima. He helps Nozaki in decorating backgrounds.
Yuzuki Seo: she is Sakura’s athletic friend and classmate. Although she has tomboyish body language, she has an angelic singing voice and she is nicknamed as “choir club’s Lorelai”. Nozaki makes a male character based on her named Oze.
Yuu Kashima: she is Mikoshiba’s best friend and his classmate. She is a tall extrovert girl. She is a popular member of the school drama club and acts for every lead male role.
Masayuki Hori: He is Nozaki’s assistant for background work and is president of the school drama club as well. He is super talented when it comes to acting but due to his short height, he prefers to be a director instead. He is a short-tempered guy and becomes violent especially to Kashima.
Hirotaka Wakamatsu: He is Nozaki’s junior from middle school. He is harassed by Seo as he is naive and has forgiving nature.

The anime television series is available on Netflix you can watch it there. For Nozaki Kun Season 2 there is no official announcement yet. Season 1 is available but Netflix hasn’t announced anything on Nozaki Kun Season 2 yet.
