Assassination Classroom is a Japanese manga series which is illustrated by Yūsei Matsui. It is a science-fiction comedy that was first adapted as an original video animation by Brain’s Base from October to November 2013.
Afterward, this series was adapted as an anime series that was broadcasted on Fuji TV and was produced by Lerche. But that’s it about the technical stuff! What exactly is Assassination Classroom about?
Well… A giant creature with tentacles that was given the name “Koro-sensei” just appeared and destroyed most of the moon. Then he announced that he is going to do the same to Earth but after negotiation, he decides to give humans a chance.
He becomes a homeroom teacher of Class E in the Kunugigaoka Junior High School. This class includes students which are considered odd ones out from the school but now they have the biggest responsibility on their heads – to kill this teacher.
As the anime progresses, we can see various attempts to kill him but everything fails as he protects himself with his many superpowers which included flying, regeneration, invincible form, and many more!
But surprisingly, Koro-sensei is not a bad teacher himself as the students’ grades start to improve and they actually start learning about life. But we can’t forget he needs to be killed.
This anime is from the point of view of Nagisa Shiota who is considered the weakest student of Class E. But as they say “Never judge a book by its cover”, he turns out to be something else.

When is Assassination Classroom season 3 releasing?
Since the last episode of the second season of Assassin Classroom was premiered, the fans have been curiously waiting for any news about Assassin Classroom season 3.
But unfortunately, there has been no news of Assassination Classroom season 3. We know that the show has not been canceled but nor it has been renewed for the third season by Netflix yet.
This anime series currently has 2 seasons which ended on 30th June 2016 and has 46 episodes in total which are available on Netflix.
