As a result, Kevin decided to go up with Nicky and Cassidy to form the Big Three Homes construction company and hire veterans.

Randall will also confront Rebecca about her decision to entrust her end-of-life care to Kate rather than him. He was astounded by the news.
Randall has to cope with the consequences of his advice to Malik.
In This Is Us Season 6 Episode 10, Randall will have a lot on his plate. Randall will not only have to consider his political future and come to grips with Rebecca’s decision to marry Kate, but he will also have to deal with the implications of telling Malik.
“When your dad died, any time I needed you, you were there,” Rebecca says emotionally to Randall elsewhere in the clip. Randall as a young adult with Kevin and Kate is then shown in the video. “I’ve been trying to carry this family,” he says. I’m not sure if I’m doing it right.” Randall will hopefully make amends with Deja and reach an agreement with his mother shortly.
