On today’s Daily Fix, Erik Wolpaw, the co-writer of the Portal franchise, expresses his desire to produce Portal 3, but a small indie firm called Valve, which no one has ever heard of, has the last word.
Wolpaw, on the other hand, is down whenever Valve says so; he just wishes it was sooner rather than later. And, while we’re on the subject of Valve, a modder has been working on putting Krystal from Star Fox Adventures into Half-Life 2 for years. That’s right, you read that correctly. Krystal and her original voice actor, Estelle Ellis, have replaced the model—and now the voice—for Alyx in HL2.
Later this year, the whole mod will be released. In other Kingdom Hearts news, based on pictures from the recent trailer, a Twitter user has figured out where Sora resides in Tokyo. Sora must be wealthy, because the luxury residences in which he wakes up are extremely pricey, according to Kingdom Hearts enthusiast Audrey Lamsam.
