Hertz announces a new plan of renting Mustangs
In one of the moves made by Hertz, the customers got access to Shelby-tuned Ford Mustangs. It was among the programs that pay homage to the classic ’60s Rent-A-Racer program. These variants with the highest powers will be available for rent only in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and several cities in Florida. Hertz boasts that the version GT500H is “the most powerful rental car that Shelby has ever built.”
The GT-H version
A more domestic version, known as the GT-H with a mere 450 HP from its Coyote 5.0-liter. It will come in both convertible and fastback variants. They receive a Borla exhaust and a more traditional Shelby visual treatment. The featuring of the GT-H will be done in more cities than the GT-500H. The locations will be Texas, California, and Georgia. They will also offer them to renters. It doesn’t matter which version the drivers get their hands on.
