“The Promised Neverland” is a Japanese manga series was written by Kaiu Shirai and illustrated by Posuka Demizu. Like all the popular Manga “The Promised Neverland” very soon made its way in the television industry as a result of the immense love and support it gained from its loyal fans. The story follows a group of orphaned children, caught in a maze of darkness and despair, desperately struggling to escape plan from an orphanage.

The first episode of The Promised Neverland was released on 10 February 2019, after the series accumulated a strong fanbase who warmly welcomed the show. The makers of the show very soon declared that the show will be returning with a second season.

Release Dathe Promised Neverland

The studio, CloverWorks announced that the Promised Neverland season 2 will be released in January 2021. Earlier the date in which The Promised Neverland season 2 was to be was October 20th, 2020, but due to the current global pandemic, it has not been possible to release the movie on an above-said date. Talks of a movie that was to be released before the second season was also in the air and was to be released in December 2020, however, that too has now been postponed seeing the current situations in the world.

Plot: The Promised Neverland

The Plot of the series is set in the future, in 2045, this is a story about a girl named Emma. She lives with thirty-seven other children, all of whom she considers her siblings in an orphanage called “Grace Field House”. The children call the caretaker “Mama”, her actual name is Isabella and she takes care of the children and their needs. Life is all sunshine and smiles for the children living in the orphanage house but very soon they break the mirage they were led to believe in. Soon they discover that they were raised with love only to be sacrificed when they grow up. Hence the plan to escape escalates and their dire struggle for freedom begins.

This anime series discusses dark themes and is full of adventures. It will have you at the edge of your seat while you watch the show.
In season 2 we can expect to see more of Emma and the battles she has to fight. It most definitely will have magical graphics, well-connected stories, and power-packed actions.

IMD’s new app is all you need this monsoon! India launched a new app for weather.

Indian Metrological Department’s new weather app is what you need in your phones this monsoon. IMD has launched its first weather app, which is meant for the welfare of the general public.

“Mausam,” the new app is a weather forecasting application launched by the Indian Government. The Ministry of Earth Sciences, which came into existence in 2006, launched the app on the occasion of founder’s day. Dr. Harsh Vardhan is the honorable minister responsible for the department, and Y.S Chowdary is the minister of state.

The specialty of this app is that it provides you with a radar-based forecast every 10 minutes, which tells us about its accuracy.

Mausam offers five benefits – current temperature, humidity, wind acceleration, and wind direction for 200 towns, and the data gets revised eight times a day. There is news on sunrise, sunset, moonrise, and moonset as well, three hourly notifications of local weather phenomena and their emphasis issued for about 800 locations, and prediction of climate conditions for 450 cities for the past 24 hours and seven days.

There are also warnings handed out two times a day for all districts for the next five days in color code (red, orange, and yellow) to notify users of any severe and serious weather manifestations, and station-wise radar predictions are revamped in every 10 minutes. The app was formulated and generated concurrently by ICRISAT’s Digital Agriculture and Youth committee, Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM) Pune, and the Indian Metrological Department. Anyone can avail of this app for free from the Google play store or from the ios store.

Earlier, IMD has launched an app named “Meghdoot,” which was exclusively made for farmers and agriculturalists. Meghdoot was a joint initiative of the IMD and Indian Council for Agriculture Research (ICAR) to bring all sorts of weather forecasts under a safe roof. Mainly customized for farmers, the app provides location, crop, and livestock specific weather based agro advisories to the farmers in their language. The user is allowed to choose a language of his own, and this is what makes it a handy app. Of course, not everybody living in remote areas is technology-friendly.India launched a new app for weather

“Meghdoot was meant only for farmers. This is for everyone. The now-cast feature of this app will tell you if there will be rain, thunder, or any other severe weather in your area based on data from the nearest meteorological station. Otherwise, there will be city-based information and forecasts and even radar products,” said M Rajeevan, secretary in the ministry of earth sciences.

Magnifying on the forthcoming plans of MoES at an occasion held at New Delhi, Vardhan said, “Towards augmentation of our systems and services, MoES institutions will be incorporating Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Machine Learning as part of the upgrading the weather forecasts, data gathering and analysis. A new High-Performance Computing (HPC) system will also be inducted by 2021.”

Dr. Harsh Vardhan explained that MoES needs more financial investment, at least twice more monetary assistance than what is currently provided so that the comprehensive services can be strengthened. He was heard saying, “I am aware of the lacunae and understand that twice the current budgets are needed. Replacement of old ships, better computer systems, and automation is required besides, most importantly, having trained manpower,” the minister added.

M Rajeevan, secretary, MoES, informed that the ministry had signed an MoU with Scripps Institute of Oceanography. This will encourage India and US confederations in ocean research in the future.

According to our sources, in his recent interview, which was released on Friday, Morgan said that Micheal Keaton took over his role as Batman. “Michael Keaton swooped in and took my gig.” was the actor’s statement. He further continued, “Naw, I think that’s super cool,”  told comic-book in an interview. “Ever since Zack Snyder walked away, my whole kind of a bit in that world has walked away with him. However, there’s always a chat going on. So, we’ll see”. However, it was later clarified that his statement was just said in funny norms and had nothing serious to do with the maker’s decision and Keaton. What’s the next Batman movie is all about?

According to the sources, it is the extremely early stage of the story development “The Flash.” Comprising Thomas Wayne or Flashpoint Batman in the program was evaluated. Its that time of the year when the whole Royal family gathers at their Balmoral castle for the traditional “Summer break.” As the UK is severely hit with the Corona Virus breakdown, will the royal family still be able to enjoy their time together? Read.

It’s not a secret that Queen and Philip have been spending their summers at the hills of Balmoral for decades. Every year the Royal family reunites at their castle and spend some family time together. The Queen, 94, and the Duke of Edinburgh, 99, are currently in their Windsor castle and spending the lockdown days together.

 

However, we heard from sources that the Queen is planning for their summer break and will be traveling to the Balmoral castle located in Scotland’s soft hills in August. The duo will get joined by other members of the Royal family. But due to COVID-19 and its rules, there will be some changes.

As per sources, the family will join Queen in Aberdeenshire but will keep a distance in the pandemic account, which has made social distancing an essential. Although other family members will join them for the traditional summer get-together this time, they will not be able to come close to the monarch. Queen will also not be able to attend the guest. The guest will be accommodated in another place. The couple is, however, allowed to meet and greet the other members of the family outside. They will gather outside for outdoor activities like walks, fishing, horse riding, picnic, etc.

All the strict arrangements and restrictions are imposed by keeping the current situation in mind. As the Queen and Philip are in their 90’s, they are more prone to the virus infection and thus need more protection. All the traveling and accommodation plans are made keeping “safety” in mind. Few staff from the “Windsor bubble” will also accompany them and be a part of the “Balmoral bubble.” Windsor bubble is a group of 22 people who are looking after the Queen and Philip since the lockdown got imposed. The Windsor bubble members are either isolating from their families for three weeks or live with them on the Windsor Castle grounds to ensure the complete safety of the Royal couple.

Earlier, the reports of problem and rift between the Royal family surfaced on media. The tension was between the Royal brothers “William” and “owed by Harry anfollowed this by d Megan stepping down from their position and giving up on the Royal throne and getting completely settled in Los Angeles. Now it seems that they have solved their personal grudges and are on talking terms.

International travel has its own risk now, and United States us way too worse than the United Kingdom in COVID-19 spread, which brings us to the conclusion that Harry and Meghan will not be able to make it to the summer break this time. Adam Cole topped the trending chart after his appearance in the popular talk show “The  Pat McAfee Show”. According to our sources, it is been said that the “talk” between the duo didn’t go well and ended on a very offensive note.

Pat McAfee is an American Sports Analyst who is a former Football punter turned podcaster. He runs his own show which is named as “The Pat McAfee Show”. He recently invited Adam Cole on his show. Adam Cole is an American professional wrestler who is currently signed to WWE. His original name is Austin Jenkins but he is much popular by his ring name that is “Adam Cole”. He had the longest reign as the NXT champion.

During the interview, Cole got into a heated argument with the host. Adam being aggressive in nature lashed out at him and reportedly break a microphone and a headset on the set these even passed some aggressive and offensive comments to McAfee.

The chat show started normally like any other talk show with a guest and a host. McAfee asked Cole about the comparison he is been receiving Shawn Michael as a wrestler. McAfee even said that Cole stands nowhere to what Shawn Michael was. To this, Cole replied, “First of all Shawn Michaels himself has said there are comparisons between the two of us,”.  He then said, “Which to me is a huge compliment. In my opinion, he’s the greatest of all time. I, by any means, have never said I’m as good as Shawn Michaels ever. I know I have years and years before I get to that point. I think Shawn realizes that maybe I’m on my way to having a career like his. He’ll tell you and I’ll tell you I’m not worried about becoming the second coming of Shawn Michaels, I’m going to be the first Adam Cole.”

McAfee responded, continuing his notion about Cole not being comparable to Michael. Pat said that Cole has used the undisputed era to grow himself and to become the longest-reigning NXT Champion in history while on the other hand, Shawn had his own struggles and he has earned it with every bit of his efforts. He continues saying that Michael was a self-made man and did all of it by himself. He stated that the “big g difference” between Cole and Michael was that Cole surrounded himself with talented people. According to him, it was because of Cole that the undisputed era got a chance to take off.

To all of this, Cole initially responded by showing his disappointment. He said that he took some time off from his day with family only to show up to his show and got disrespected by McAfee.
He was heard saying, “I know that you are just trying to do your job, and that’s fine—I took some time out of visiting my family to come and do your show— but you’re being a total [expletive] right now,” said Cole to McAfee

Cole referred to all the people out there as a psycho who said that he surrounded himself with super talented people in order to get successful and famous and considering it as the sole reason for his fame. To which McAfee make up to his statement reassuring that he didn’t say “the only reason” but rather “the main reason”. Cole said that McAfee humiliated and disrespected him throughout the talk show and even questioned his worth, back when he was a football player. To this allegation McAfee saying, “I was the player of the decade at my position”. He even said that although he surrounded himself with good and talented people, it was majorly about him and his ball. After all the allegations, Cole finale lost his mind on McAfee and started disgracing him.

Adam said, “You’re being a total dick right now,”. “I find it so ironic that of all people to say that I surrounded myself with really great talent and that’s the reason I succeeded, of all people you? What a punter? You being a team that literally did everything, you just happened to kick a football every now and then, and all of a sudden you feel like you’re really really important”.
He further passed some offensive words and loose comments on him and went on to destroy the property.

Towards the end of the show, McAfee talked about the incident and gave a brief about it. He confessed that this incident has disturbed him. He even asked that is this a way to get treated by a guest on his own show? He was disappointed by Cole’s behavior evidently.

Britney Spears is an American singer-songwriter, dancer, and actress. She is often referred to as the “princes of pop” for her exceptional contribution to the field. Born in McComb, Mississippi, raised in Kentwood, Louisiana. Spear’s first two studio album Baby One More Time (1999) and Oops!. I did it. Again (2000) was a smash hit and made her the best-selling teenage artists of all time. Spears has achieved six solo number-one albums on the Billboard 200, making her the third best performing female artist on the chart.
Billboard even ranked her as the 8th biggest artist of the 2000s era. She faced a lot of ups and downs in her life, like any other celebrity. The major one came when she lost the custody of her children to Federline, her ex-husband. She was found under the influence of some unidentified substance when police visited her house. She was then hospitalized. After this, Federline was given the sole custody of the two children. Britney was sent to a psychiatric hospital, followed by the decision to grant her conservatorship and then permanently to her father temporarily.

What’s a conservatorship?

Conservatorship is basis basically a legal concept in the United States. A guardian or a protector is appointed by a judge to manage an individual’s financial affairs or daily life due to their physical or mental retarded. This is different from guardianship.

In Britney’s case, her father takes all her decision to be it about career, finance, personal, or professional. Britney has no control over her life since 2008.

The beloved fans of Britney are now protesting against the singer’s conservative life. Fans are demanding that Britney, like any other human, should live and control her life in her own way. A hearing scrutinizing her conservatorship status was unable to proceed this week because her undercover Zoom call was surveyed by people who had nothing to do with the trial. Every 3 months, a judge meets with the groups involved to consult Britney’s conservatorship. The recent meeting regulated for this week didn’t occur because people who are not lawfully involved in Britney’s conservatorship dwelled on the Zoom call for two hours or so. This leads the judge to suspend the hearing until further notice. For now, Britney will remain in her conservatorship.

“As we ramp into the future with Xbox Series X, we’re taking the natural step of stopping production on Xbox One X and Xbox One S All-Digital Edition,” says a Microsoft spokesperson in a statement recently. The bold step is taken month ahead of the launch of the Xbox Series X.

The demand for the Xbox One X and Xbox One S- All digital edition increased during the lockdown. Microsoft, without thinking about the profit and other benefits, decided to discontinue the production. The news is a hard pill to swallow for all the gamers around. The company, however, is not stopping the current generation and the Xbox One S will continue to be in production and to be sold globally.

Why discontinued?

Microsoft has decided to discontinue the production of the Xbox One X and Xbox One S All-Digital Edition and called it a “natural step” as it will only focus on the launch of the Xbox Series X and Project cloud. It’s pretty much evident that Microsoft does not want to compromise with its next launch.

About the discontinued console

The Xbox One X was launched in November 2017. It was exclusively customized as “the world’s most powerful console” during that time. Power and hardware were the focus areas for Microsoft. The Xbox One S- All digital edition was only launched in April last year as a disc-less version of Xbox One S. Reportedly the sales were really high for these particular console.

Availability

Manufacturers have asked the gamers to check the local retailing shops for more details about the availability of Xbox One hardware. Surprisingly, Xbox One X and Xbox One S are currently available in India. It’s worth noticing that the production of the consoles may have stopped but it didn’t hamper its stocks in India as they are still available on Flipkart and Amazon.

Launch date and other updates!

Microsoft will reveal more about the Xbox Series X likely through a Livestream which is scheduled for 23 of July, Thursday similarly to what Sony did with its PlayStation 5 game showcase event previous month. According to the sources, the event will particularly focus on games and its new features and not about the business and finance. Xbox Series S codenamed “Lockhart” is set to be launch in August this year.

The Investigation

During her interrogation with the NCB, Rhea had revealed a few names of Bollywood celebrities who consume and procure drugs. Rhea was arrested on Tuesday by the NCB. She was connected with the drugs case linked to actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. Rhea’s brother Showik was taken into custody last week along with two of Sushant’s close aides.

Actor Rakul Preet Singh was addressed by the NCB in Mumbai. Rakul Preet Singh was addressed for four hours on Friday. Rakul Preet Singh’s statement was recorded by the SIT. It will be analyzed and produced before the court,” NCB Director General Mutha Ashok Jain said.

The NCB says its test is pointed toward getting drug providers. However, it is taking a gander at how these providers organized and who their customers were. Rhea Chakraborty has been in prison since September 9 on charges of orchestrating drugs. Chakraborty is to stay in custody till September 22, after her bail plea was rejected last week.

KPS Malhotra, the agency’s deputy director, reportedly said that the three women’s roles can’t be given out right now.

Shahid’s New Movie-Jersey

Jersey is a remake of the Telugu movie of the same name starring Nani. Gowtam Tinnanuri is helming the project, who also directed the original blockbuster down South.

Shahid was shooting and practicing for the role in Jersey before the lockdown came into effect in March. He also bruised his lip while on the sets of Jersey. As the team looks forward to resuming shooting soon, Gowtam, in an interview, has shed light on how the filming on the sports-drama will be scheduled once it is safe to be on the sets with Shahid, Mrunal Thakur, and other actors.

Talking about shooting Jersey amid coronavirus scare, Gowtam said, “Now, there is a cap on the number of crew members who can be present on a film set. Adding to it, Gowtam also praised Shahid’s cricketing skills.

Shahid Kapoor will start shooting for Jersey by the end of September.

The shooting will start in Chandigarh and the makers are currently working out the logistics. Speaking about the shoot,  “About 15 days’ work is pending.

His father Pankaj Kapur who also stars in the film will also start shooting. . The makers asked the senior actor’s permission if he was comfortable to start shooting.  The actor gave his nod and said he is comfortable to begin shooting.  Post the success of Kabir Singh, people are waiting for the Shahid Kapoor’s new venture.
